WATCH: This Choir’s Version of My Lovely Horse Sung On Grafton Street Is Fantastic

clodagh

Our honorary Eurovision entry, My Lovely Horse penned by the famous Father Ted, is a tune that’s been sung again and again by the Irish people.

But never like this.

The song has been reimagined into a swing-style, Barbershop-quartet inspired acapella goodness.

The song was sung on Grafton Street by The Ramparts Chamber Choir yesterday evening and drew in a huge crowd, unsurprisingly.

Who knew Ted and Dougal’s jingle could sound so … glamorous?

Think we might still prefer the original, though.

Give the lads a follow – you won’t be sorry.
