A surefire way to make your weekend extra special is by enjoying a good brunch – and this is one with a difference.
We've teamed up with the good folks at Daura Damm (from the same brewery that brought you Estrella Damm) to host a truly divine shindig at Eden Bar & Grill on March 19, where there'll be table service and all dishes are cooked to order.
Daura Damm is the world's most award-winning gluten free beer, so we're especially looking out for our coeliac friends with this event, with everything on the menu being available in gluten free form.
We're calling it the Daura Damm Heavenly Brunch, and it lives up to the name. The menu boasts a variety of decadent dishes, such as Colombian Eggs (soft scrambled eggs, avocado salsa, grilled chorizo on sourdough), The Eden Breakfast (pork & leek sausage, bacon, roast tomato, fried roast potatoes, boudin noir, fried eggs & sourdough toast) and The Full Vegetarian (hummus, roast tomato, wild mushrooms, spinach, fried roast potatoes, poached eggs &
sourdough).
If you've got a bit of the sweet tooth, dessert looks unreal. You've got a choice of raspberry compote & crème chantilly orange cheesecake; chocolate ice cream soft meringue roulade; strawberry, mascarpone & lemon sorbet poached pear; and crushed nuts & roast hazelnut ice cream. All are served with a dreamy chocolate mousse.
Of course, if wouldn't be brunch without a little something to drink, so you'll be able to enjoy Estrella and the award-winning gluten free beer Daura Damm.
If you've been meaning to try out Eden Bar & Grill but haven't quite gotten around to it, here's your chance.
I mean, have you seen the place?
The Daura Damm Heavenly Brunch Heavenly Brunch takes place between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on March 19. Tickets are priced at €20 and they're on sale now.
We'd recommend getting yours early, however, as there are only 50 places up for grabs and this will sell out in no time.
