A woman in her 20s remains in serious condition following a two car collision in Lucan last night.
The incident occurred at roughly 10:30pm and the woman was rushed to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.
The other driver, a male, was also taken to hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
The Strawberry Beds Road between Lucan Village and the R121 remained closed overnight and for the majority of today for examination.

The road reopened about an hour ago.
