Dublin has its fair share of Boojums.
From Abbey Street to Millenium Walkway and Kevin Street Lower — and they’re up their with some of our favourite burritos we’ve ever had.
So we were only delighted when we spotted this one under construction along Grand Canal this morning — their tenth location!
Some spot.
Right on Mespil Road, just off Baggot Street Upper.
There’ll be seating for over 50 people across two floors, which will be filled to the brim no doubt.
They’re in the process of hiring 30 new crew members. Hurrah.
It’ll be open from 11:30am until 10pm errrday, so we’ll never be without our one true love.
Make it rain… burritos.
Watch this space. Bad and Boojum.
