You Can Get An Unreal View Of Dublin With This Deadly Dusk Tour

Sarah Finnan

I’m a firm believer in the simple pleasure of a good sunset. There’s something innately calming about watching the sun go down, knowing you’ve conquered another day.

The real sweet spot comes with dusk though; the sun is almost all the way set, the light is delicate and the world is calm.

Combine that with a knockout view and you’re really onto something.

The Dublin at Dusk tour lets you enjoy just that, all from the rooftop of one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. How cool?

The Ericsson Skyline Dusk Tour will return to Croke Park from November 21, running every Thursday to Sunday until February 2 2020.

Climb a whopping 17 storeys above the pitch for a very impressive panoramic view of the capital. Not only are you guaranteed spectacular views, but you’ll also learn all about the architecture and design of the stadium as well.

Catch up on our fair city’s rich history through tales from local guides and obviously loads of photo ops.

Ticket includes complimentary access to the onsite GAA Museum, along with a hot drink or cocktail in the Croke Park hotel’s Sideline Bistro & Bar.

Tours last an hour and a half, costing only €20 for adults, €18 for students and seniors and €12 for children. Check out the website for more info.

So, whether you’re a thrill-seeker, a rookie photographer in search of the perfect snap, or just really fond of a sunset this sounds like it could be for you.

And to be honest I think it would be very hard to top a 360° birds-eye view of Dublin, don’t you?
