As someone currently on the hunt for a gaff I know how expensive this city is.

Places I’ve been looking to rent in the city centre have been ranging from €750 up to €1000, which is borderline horrifying.
And if I wasn’t set on staying in the city centre I would snap this gaff up in a heartbeat.
