If you’ve ever paid a visit out to Haddington House in Dún Laoghaire then you’re probably aware of its beautiful garden overlooking Dublin Bay.
And it’s just about to get a hundred times better.
From mid-June, a brand new, Italian-imported wood-fired pizza oven will grace the beautiful hotel garden serving tasty grub.
The focus will be on providing extremely tasty wood-fired pizzas and grilled meats, all cooked over cherry and oak woods.
The external kitchen will sit alongside the existing Hut Bar which serves homemade boozy lemonades, classic frozen margaritas and daiquiris.
Yummmmm.
Both the garden kitchen and bar will aim to do the simple things really well, topped with mellow garden tunes and one of the best sea views in Dublin.
A slice of pizza in one hand, a cocktail in other? Yes, please.
The summer vibes will be unreal.
