Every weekend we pick out some of the best gigs, DJ sets and nights out happening around town. So if you're looking for something to do over the next few days, take your pick....
Hard work has certainly paid off for Dublin four-piece, Tandem Felix. Having been together for a couple of years, they have both sold out New York shows, and a few releases under their belt. Tonight sees them launch their new EP ‘Comma’ The Workman's Club, Dublin - and they've well and truly nailed it on this release. Go see them tonight before they explode worldwide.

The animals went in two by two, or so the story goes.. Tonight The Meeting House plays host to Church, for a party of epic proportions. The flood is coming, Noah's after building the ark and if you're not in The Meeting House tonight you may not survive the apocalypse. Free in and great tunes til late, don't get left out in the storm!

The man behind the unbelievable Running Back record label, Gerd Janson is coming to delight the crowd at POGO with all that his record collection contains this Saturday night. He's played all over the globe, but he's also got residencies at Robert Johnson and Panorama Bar. Support on the night will be from Shane Linehan and Barry Redsetta, so this is a night not to be missed.

If you're in the mood for a boogie this weekend there's no better place than Mother, in Copper Alley this Saturday night. There'll be sparkles and synthpop, and half the takings from the door will go straight to the Yes Equality campaign. Posters around town are telling us that Mothers and Fathers matter, but so too does Mother. Rocky T Delgado & Sarah Byrne will be on the decks bringing you into the wee hours of Sunday morning, just make sure you nab a spot by the fan on the dancefloor - partly to stay cool, partly to reinact a Beyoncé video.
