You Might Hate To Admit It – But This Ad For The Charleville Lodge Hotel Is Pretty Excellent
The controversial manager has decided to be creative rather than just plain dickish – and it works
You may love him, you may hate him, but Charleville Lodge manager Paul Stenson really knows how to make a splash.
This time, though, he's opted not to go for simple outrage – like when he told Ed Sheeran fans to sleep in kennels if they didn't like his jacked up gig prices, or when he took umbrage with parents of crying children.
Instead he's teamed up with Reprimand Productions and put some actual creativity into his controversy. The result, it turns out, is a genuinely funny piece of... would we call it advertising?
