A brand new hotel has just popped up right on Stephen’s Street and we got a first look at the bar and restaurant.
This has been a few years coming so I was very excited to check out what they had done.
Bartley’s is a slick new bar and restaurant that’s located in the recently opened Grafton Hotel.

As you can see, they have done a great job with the interior.
The interiors look extremely slick with floral chairs, dim lighting, huge mirrors, and a polished wood finish.
You’ll be impressed by what they have done the minute you walk in.
They also serve some pretty mean cocktails so the bar will be a great place to hang out.

The restaurant is a bit brighter but still holds the same slick look.
I got to try out a couple of dishes including the Quinoa Power Bowl, Grilled Supreme of Irish Corn Chicken that comes with croquettes, smoked bacon, and cabbage which is then topped off with roast jus and Beetroot Risotto.

I loved the Chicken Supreme but was blown away by the Beetroot Risotto.
I don’t like beetroot or risotto so it took me by surprise. It was delicious and topped with parmesan and hazelnuts.
This place has just opened and has got huge potential.
With its slick look and perfect location, I can see this place getting very busy, and fast.
They are also opening the downstairs area very soon which will be a late-night venue.
