WATCH: Ariana Stops Into ‘Humble Wool Shop’ In Walkinstown To Pick Up Some Knitting Bits

James Fenton

Ariana Grande has left Dublin after her run of shows at the 3 Arena but it’s fair to say she let her lenghty hair down while she was here. She enjoyed a few dinners out, purchased an Elvis piñata (as you do) and the latest is she did a bit of knitting while she was here.

On what seemed to be a whistlestop tour of Dublin 12 the other day, the singer followed up her trip to a Crumlin hardware shop with a visit to Springwools in Walkinstown AKA Ireland’s largest wool shop.

This afternoon, the store shared a clip forom its CCTV which shows Ariana and her mates picking up some wool along with the caption ‘Here’s the moment Ariana Grande entered our humble wool shop in Dublin. She loaded up on 400g aran yarn from King Cole and Sirdar for knitting scarves. She also picked up some traditional Irish wool from Sonas. Was Kevin starstruck? He didn’t even recognize her!’

Poor Kevin. So, the next time Ariana stops by, don’t bother checking out Dublin’s fanciest nightspots her glimpse. She’ll be in her hotel knitting a good geansaí for herself and rightly so if you ask us.
