The latest DAFT Report has just been released and it contains some important statistics for would-be buyers.
The findings show there was a national rise in prices of 6.3% in the last year, yet the speed of house sales continue to improve, with 63% selling within four months of being on the market.
As you’ll see below, the most expensive areas in Ireland to buy are South County Dublin, South Dublin City, North Dublin City, and County Wicklow.
On the other hand, the least expensive areas to buy in Ireland are County Longford, County Sligo, County Leitrim, and County Roscommon.
