5 Deadly Dublin Flats You Can Rent For Less Than €700

1. Highfield Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6

This flat accommodates two and comes in at €1,400 monthly. It houses a single and a double room, fully fitted kitchen, living room and shower bathroom. It can be accessed by many bus routes and is within walking distance of the city centre and Luas green line.

In here, you’ll also find central heating, cable television, washing machine, microwave and internet. A great spot, in a really lovely area – find a flatmate and get on this one, because it won’t be around for long.

2. No1 Greenhills Bungalows Blessington Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24

Located right on the N81 Blessington Road, with local amenities such as Citywest shopping centre and The Square just five minutes drive away, this house is located beside the Topaz on the N81 Citywest Side and has two bedrooms up for rent. 

A single and a double up for grabs, the rent for here is €900 monthly.

3. Abbey Road, Deans Grange, Co. Dublin
