The Lovin’ Dublin Cocktail!
From now until next Wednesday, as an off-menu treat, guests to Peruke & Periwig can order the ‘ Lovin’ Dublin’ cocktail for 10 quid. Designed by their mixologist extraordinaire, The Lovin’ Dublin goes a little like this: a light and refreshing Irish whiskey based cocktail centred around Dublin with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Cointreau, Lemon juice, Sugar, Bitters and topped with P&P’s signature homemade red-lemonade!
