Tonight on Burger Bar to Gourmet Star we'll see fast-food workers with no formal culinary training receive training from some of Britain's most refined chefs. They'll then chance their arm as seasoned professionals working in world-class kitchens... Would you be able?!

Burger-van owner Carl is paired with notorious perfectionist Daniel Clifford at the two Michelin-starred restaurant Midsummer House in Cambridge. Having to survive 18-hour work days, insane amounts pressure and a long spell away from his family, do you reckon Carl be able to pass himself off as one of the best chefs at the renowned Osteria Francescana in Italy? Me nerves.
