We all know just how skillful GAA can be, but for anyone seeing the Gaelic games being played for the first time they tend to look at them with a mixture of confusion and mild fear..

The Toughest Trade on TV3 tonight will show two GAA players swapping places with professionals in the sporting world. The first exchange sees Aaron Kernan, the Armagh footballer, try his hand with Sunderland AFC while David Bentley, former Spurs star, trades with Aaron and trains with his local club.

We'll then see Jackie Tyrrell, a hurler for Kilkenny train with The Miami Dolphins in Major League Baseball, while Brian Shneider the former MLB All Star player trains with Jackie's team at home. So do you reckon you could leave your local club and start playing in a professional league without any preparation or training? We're not too sure if we'd be up to the challenge but we'll definitely be tuning in to see how the lads get on!

TV3, 10pm.
