LovinBox #5 - Poulet Bonne Femme

In a seemingly short space of time, Poulet Bonne Femme has become a byword for delicious, carefully roasted meat and incredible sandwiches. Niall first came across them in their early farmer's market days and has been a supporter ever since. For existing fans it was no surprise that they topped our list of 10 sandwiches to try in Dublin before you die and this week they are going to win over new fans with a seriously delicious LovinBox.

Every week so far the LovinBox has sold out almost instantaneously and we expect this one to be no exception (it might even set a new record!) The team have put together a box which embodies the very best of PBF and the spirit of LovinBox; it's tasty, healthy and guaranteed to be a highlight for your week. To get yours, go here.

Set up in 2009 by husband and wife team, Gavin McCarthy and Sara Mitchell, Poulet Bonne Femme started out life travelling from market to market selling their Irish Free Range Rotisserie Chickens around Dublin from a custom built rotisserie trailer.

Fast forward five years and the company has opened three concessions with Avoca, namely Monkstown, Rathcoole and Suffolk St with new locations planned for the not too distant future.

And they just don't do chicken you know.....Poulet Bonne Femme have a great range of quality rotisserie meats including Roast Pork with crackling, Honey roast Ham, Roast Beef and Lamb all to be either served as whole joints, sliced or in sandwiches and salads. In fact Lovin' Dublin think they make the best sandwich in Dublin!

Poulet Bonne Femme are thrilled to be involved with Lovin' Dublin for the Lovin'Box,

Devised by head chef Dave Brennan, this Lovin'Box is packed with flavour, freshness and healthiness! We hope you enjoy it!
