Now Here's An Idea – A New Berlin Law Managed To Reduce Rent Prices In Just One Month
Dublin needs this
Here's another great idea from a European capital, as Berlin's newly introduced rent control law is already starting to show a marked decrease in city rents.
According to Germany's leading real estate site, ImmobilienScout24, the average price of new rental contracts in the Germany's capital has fallen 3.1 percent since the introduction of the rental price brake just a month ago.
The stats become all the more convincing when compared with rent figures from other German cities, which appear to be rising in some cases while stagnant in others.
With the Irish capital facing some pretty ridiculous rental prices of its own, should Dublin follow Berlin's model?
