Boojum, one of Ireland’s most beloved burrito chains, has just been sold to new management.
David and Andrew Maxwell, two brothers from Belfast, have just bought the Mexican burrito bar. Influenced by 11 years spent in an Arizona restaurant, the pair have a passion for this particular type of cuisine.
Don’t worry though – the new owners have no intention of messing with the chain’s winning formula.
As far as we’re concerned, Boojum have already nailed it. We’re going to be very respectful and maintain the service and quality that people have come to expect.
