The People Of Dublin - Week 3
Every week our photographer Caolan hits the streets to capture photos and short stories from some of the most interesting people in Dublin. This week the sun was out and he also bumped into somebody who is hitting the big time enjoying a well earned coffee after his travels. Enjoy...
"I'm pretty jet-lagged. It's been a crazy couple of weeks"
"I think you have to be careful what you choose to study. I did music in college and it ruined it for me. It stopped being a hobby and started feeling more like a job. Eventually, I couldn't enjoy it anymore, so I left in my 3rd year and moved to Ireland. That was 12 years ago and I haven't played music since."
"What did you play?"
"We came here to work and study English, but our school went bankrupt after we had paid all of our tuition fees. So, not only have we lost our money, but now we have nowhere to study. They told us nothing, we were in there learning one day then the next day we arrived and the school was closed."
