Don’t worry – neither did we! Tonight on Would You Believe they’ll be documenting the life of Jorge Mario Bergoglio before he became the Pope of the Catholic Church. The show will look at what incidents in his life made him the leader he is today, as he faces having to hold the differences of the Church together and reform it at the same time.

The programme will feature interviews with Argentinean Jesuits who used to live with him, as well as conversations with his friends, co-workers and former students. Pope Francis calls himself a sinner, and we can’t wait to find out why…
