The Lovin Dublin Fitness Guide Week 3 – Back and Biceps

In the third week of our Lovin Dublin Fitness Guide, Lauren from FLYE Fit gyms takes us through some key back and bicep exercises. Check out the video below where Lauren shows us how to do each exercise with the correct form, and then try them out in the gym this evening!
