Fear not, we have devised fifteen things you can do in work to doss the day away. 

It’ll be 6pm before you know it! 

1. Make plans 

Plan your weekend now so that when it finally rolls around all you have to do is get up and go!

2. Unfollow people on Instagram

Go on a major detox and unfollow all of the contrasting food porn accounts and fitspo stars that are getting you nowhere in life. You’ll feel amazing.

3. Go for a walk around the block

Because fresh air is a basic human right and you’ll feel way better. 

4. Get your chores out of the way

If there are certain tasks you dread at work, get them out of the way early instead of tackling them towards the end of the day and getting stuck behind.

Make yourself a playlist this evening that you can listen to in work. 

6. Make your grocery list
