Video Shows Dozens Of People Coming Together To Lift This Bus Off A Trapped Cyclist In London

This video is absolutely incredible.

After a unicyclist became trapped under a double-decker bus in Walthamstow, north-east London, passers-by wasted absolutely no time in doing everything they could to help – and quickly formed a scrum along one side of the vehicle to raise it and free the man.

He’s still seriously injured in hospital, but paramedic Stephen Hynes – the first responder at the scene – says that the quick thinking of the crowds enabled him to begin treating the man right away.

Here’s hoping he makes a full recovery; it will be in no small part thanks to this incredible coming together of this community to help someone in need.
