Watch This Haunting New Trailer For 'The Star Of The Sea'

Moonfish Theatre present this stage adaptation of the critically acclaimed novel

The trailer for the stage adaptation of The Star of The Sea has just been released for its nationwide tour next month and it's truly haunting.

Based on the 2004 historical novel by Joseph O'Connor, the story takes place aboard a famine ship in 1847 where hundreds of refugees are making the journey from Ireland to New York. It's part literary masterpiece, part murder mystery.

If you're curious to see how Moonfish Theatre managed to bring a novel set aboard a ship to life on stage, you can book tickets to the touring show here.
