Bono gets a lot of flack for trying to be that little bit too sound, but no one can fault him over his latest good deed..

During a show at Toronto on Monday night, the Dublin band invited a local U2 tribute act to step up on stage with them to perform alongside them.

Lead singer Bono called the band, named Acrobat, up on stage to perform their classic tune ‘Desire.’ As you can see in the video, the Canadian band was delighted to have this moment with their heroes.

Maybe it’s about time we stop giving Bono so much shit for trying to be a good guy. No? Okay, then.
