The sushi scene is certainly getting better in Dublin and although we have a long way to go our top ten spots show that there is a huge appetite for it here in the capital. Like most cuisines that are exported around the world what tends to happen is that they get bastardised the further they travel and look less like their original versions back home. Sushi is no exception and although we are embracing it here this video is a real eye opener explaining how it is made and how it should be eaten.
