7 Delicious Drinks To Warm You Up This Autumn

kaylawalsh

It’s getting a bit nippy out there, and harder to get out of our lovely warm beds in the morning.

But with the colder weather comes lots of good things like Halloween, wholesome soup – and pumpkin spice lattes!

Here are some of our favourite autumnal drinks on offer around Dublin at the moment.

Have you tried them?

1. Cointreau Hot Chocolate – Slice

Slice is famous for its amazing brunch and cakes, but it also has a drinks menu to beat the band.

Their Cointreau Hot Chocolate (made with Valrhona hot choc) is the ultimate autumn treat.

2. Vanilla Chai Latte – Accents

A vanilla chai latte with cinnamon from Accents is the perfect way to warm up on these chilly October evenings.

Bring a book and relax on one of their comfy leather couches.

3. Dark Hot Chocolate with Chili – The Sweetest Thing

The Sweetest Thing has every kind of hot chocolate under the sun, including cookies and cream, orange and mint.

Their dark hot chocolate with chili has a special kick – great for perking you up when the weather is miserable.

4. Pumpkin Spiced Latte – Fox and Feather

Fox and Feather on Parkgate Street has got a mouth-watering selection of autumn drinks to choose from.

Pumpkin spiced latte, strawberry hot chocolate or gingerbread crunch? Decisions, decisions…

5. Peppermint Hot Chocolate – Butlers

It’s no surprise that Butlers Chocolate Cafes are a cut above the rest when it comes to cocoa goodness.

Pick from the likes of peppermint, coconut or almond hot chocolate. Mmm.

6. Caramelised Pear And Ginger Latte – Grantham’s

Every week, Grantham’s Cafe on Aungier Street offers a different ‘EPIC’ latte, usually with a seasonal twist.

This week’s one is caramelised pear with a dust of ginger – divine!

7.Salted Caramel Latte – AMT Coffee

You can find AMT kiosks in train/DART stations dotted around Dublin.

They do loads of quirky seasonal drinks like salted caramel or peppermint lattes.
