Hatch Coffee is a beautiful speciality cafe at 4 Glasthule Road. 

Not only is it blessed with a brilliant location (right beside the coast and mere minutes from Sandycove and Glasthule DART station) but it’s also an unreal place for good coffee and tasty treats.

Mealla Tarrant, the gal behind the whole operation, was inspired by Melbourne’s alley way cafes so she spent a few years working in Abu Dhabi to save up and set up her dream cafe in Dublin.
