If I could eat pasta for every single meal of the week, I'd be a very happy man indeed.
One type of pasta that I've always wanted to see make more of an appearance on the Dublin foodie scene is gnocchi. Most Irish people's only experience with this dish are the crap dried bags you get in supermarkets and have to figure out how to cook yourself.
Real gnocchi is very different and when done well tastes incredible, and the good news is you'll be able to eat it this December in Dublin.
"A Mano" is going to be popping up every Friday and Saturday in the lead up to Christmas. They'll be at the top of Dawson Street in the premises that Tang use during the day.
As you can see from the pictures below they have been practising ahead of the launch this week and the food looks insanely good.
