If you’re a beer fan, then there’s a new offering that needs to be on your radar.
With H41, Heineken® has created a new style of lager: ‘Wild Lager’, made with a rare wild yeast discovered in nature. This yeast is the ‘mother yeast’ of all the lager yeast, including Heineken’s unique A-yeast. The yeast was discovered at the coordinates 41 South and 71 West in Patagonia, hence the name H41.

H41 was created by Heineken’s master brewers led by Willem Van Waesberghe. The yeast took Willem and his team a full three years to tame.
The wild lager has a full-bodied taste with spicy notes, balanced by subtle hints of fruit.
