Finding a good café in the city centre is like finding a soul mate.
It’s the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and have some time to chill. It becomes your own little oasis, where the hours can pass without you noticing.
I always seem to hear my thoughts a whole lot clearer when I have a coffee on hand and a notepad by my side.
If you’re in the mood to get in from the rain and get toasty, one of our fave café’s has moved to Georges Street.
Granthams has moved in with Diarmuid Gavin’s Garden Lab.
And it’s the perfect pairing.
Loads of gorge plants, to calm the nerves and hide away under.
The new café looks like you’ve stepped into the Botanic Gardens or a plant shop from back in the day, it’s simply stunning.
A taste of the rainforest in the heart of the city.

This makeover is better than we could have ever expected – all the Instagrams are going to be taken in here.
The café is open Monday-Friday from 7.30am-7pm and on Saturday from 12-6pm.
I know where I’ll be getting my next inner city coffee.
Can’t wait!
