Popular Dublin Pizzeria DiFontaines Now Has A Vegan Pizza On The Menu

AmyBell

DiFontaines is a massively popular spot for pizza in Temple Bar and now the authentic New York style joint has its very own vegan pizza.

As it’s World Vegan Month ‘The Vegan Cheese Feast’ was rolled out this month and its bound to go down a treat for the vegan community of Dublin.

DiFontaines is renowned for its New York pizza slices and pies that are freshly made every day and this new dairy-free pizza offers a slice of heaven to vegans and those who are lactose intolerant.

It is made up of homemade cashew ricotta and follow your heart blend of mozzarella and parmesan shreds.

This is what it looks like:

You can get a decent sized slice of the new Vegan Cheese Feast for €5.50 or if you wanted to share you can order an entire 20-inch pizza for €30.

It seems to be going down a treat with locals and one customer even said, “This vegan pizza slice was honest to god some of the best pizza (vegan or otherwise) I’ve had in my life. So good I had a second slice even though I wasn’t hungry… Plant-based friends, this place is definitely worth a visit!”

You can find DiFontaines on Parliament Street if you fancy checking out the new pizza.
