Here’s how it works: you bring you own booze and pay for a two-hour slot; the Thursday to Sunday slots cost €25 per person for 2 hours and €30 per person for 3 hours.

While you can order standard cocktails, the beauty of this place is that there is no fixed menu, so your drinks are literally being invented on the spot.

Best yet, is that on Sundays from 5-7pm you can bring your pooch in for doggy treats while you imbibe some booze
