If you love The Happy Pear but don't fancy the trek out to Greystones, you are going to LOVE this news.

Founders David and Stephen Flynn are set to launch their first Dublin location, taking over the Round Tower Visitor Tower Centre in Clondalkin.

The new site will open its doors this summer and will feature a café and food shop, alongside a terraced dining area, public garden, exhibition and gallery spaces.

There will be a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu at the new cafe, with seating for around 60 customers.

Confirming the news, David and Stephen said the launch was a very exciting move for the business.

“We’re really delighted to be bringing The Happy Pear to this incredible new centre, which is rich in history and culture and will provide a real focal point for the village.

“We’re really looking forward to making healthy food even more accessible in South Dublin County and to making a positive impact on the local community and economy, by providing exciting new employment opportunities. We can’t wait to open the doors and meet everyone from the community, and of course breakfast is on us - we’ll continue our long-standing tradition of providing free, organic porridge every morning in the new cafe.”
