The Search Is On To Find The Best Street Food In Ireland

While we love a good fancy dinner now again, there’s something about the different tastes and influences of street food that’s just a bit more exciting.

From Pad Thai in a bag on the streets of Bangkok to antojitos in Mexico City, street food is one of the best ways to try some of the most creative cuisine in the world without spending a packet.

Singapore chef Chan Hon Meng even received a Michelin Star for his Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle stall!

Ireland has seriously taken street food to its heart over the past few years and the folks behind Eatyard are now on the hunt for the finest dishes in Ireland.

The Irish Street Food Awards will celebrate the most creative and tasty dishes in the land, with the winner going forward to represent Ireland at the European Street Food Awards in Berlin this September.

Entries are now open until July 7th and the 10 finalists will be invited to set up shop at Beatyard Festival and give punters the chance to sample their food.
