Right, I’m going to do my best to write this piece without making any fish puns. But I can’t make any promises.
I mean, I haddock couple of good ones to use, but I’m going to resist.
Anyhow.
The Funky Fish has just opened its doors at 34 Dawson Street – lovely timing, in fairness – and we have to say it looks pretty slick.
It’s located out the back of The Seafood Bar by Wright’s of Howth, which itself opened just a fortnight ago, and boasts a Gin Bar as well as a dedicated ‘Cocktail Club’ section.
Since it’s just opened with very little fanfare, this might be a perfect under-the-radar spot to check out tonight in the midst of all the Christmas madness – and if you do manage to check it out, be sure to let minnow what it’s like.
