The Food Awards Ireland took place earlier this week: an award that recognises and rewards the very best in Irish food and restaurants. Entrants were picked by general public and the awards raised funds for the Make a Wish charity.
Competition was tough across a number of categories, but the people have spoken and revealed Dublin’s Restaurant of the Year 2017.
*Drumroll plzzzzzzzz*…
The deserved winner of Restaurant of the Year Dublin went to Token, a restaurant, bar, retro-arcade, pinball parlour and event space all rolled into one in a huge 6,000 square foot warehouse in Smithfield.
They do everything from 90s movie screenings to spicy chicken wing food challenges, and their American street-food inspired menu is seriously good.
Plus, you can play some cool arcade games after you’ve eaten
