Dame Street is set to be transformed with plans for a new 39 bedroom hotel, including a bar and restaurant.
A planning application has been submitted to Dublin City Council for 59 to 61 Dame Street, and 1 and 2 Eustace Street, otherwise known as the current home of Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe.
One of the corners on Dublin’s Dame Street is set to be transformed – if plans for a brand new hotel get the go-ahead.
Plans propose for the building to be turned into a six storey hotel, a bar and restaurant and five floors of rooms, including a rooftop area.
