Here’s Five Freebies You Can Get Today In Dublin If You’re A Woman

Éadaoin Fitzmaurice

Today marks International Women’s Day, a day to celebrate and to praise women all over the world. In Dublin, lots of businesses are recognising this by giving out freebies or discounts.

Now, whatever opinion you may have on this, there is no denying that we all love a good freebie. I get a little kick out of knowing I’ve gotten something without paying for it, just because.

I know I’m not the only one, so here’s a list of some deadly bits available today for free:

1. Get A Free Blow Dry In Dry & Fly

This hair salon is giving women the ultimate treat for the day that’s in it.  The generous staff are offering free blow drys in its salons before 12pm tomorrow.

Gorge, luscious locks here we come!

2. Tuck Into Coffee And Cake In Books Upstairs

A treat for book lovers. If you purchase a book in Books Upstairs today you will receive a free coffee or tea and a cake or biscuit.

The perfect way to celebrate being a woman, dive into a good book while nibbling on some delicious treats.

3. Skip The Queue On An Aer Lingus Flight

To mark the day, Aer Lingus is offering priority boarding to all female passengers.

The offer applies to any Aer Lingus short haul flight departing from Ireland today. All women flying from Belfast, Cork, Shannon, Knock and Dublin will be allowed to get on the plane first.

4. Drink Free Cocktails In NoLita
