You may have noticed that property prices in Dublin have gone a little bonkers again of late.
We see examples of it all the time but perhaps the best is this cottage that has just hit the market for a whopping €1850 a month.
For that price you will get a decent location in Ranelagh but you’ll only have the one bedroom, and having a large group of friends over will be a serious stretch.
We remember the days not so long ago that this sort of money would get you a decent house with three bedrooms, but with supply so scant this is what the market has become.
The crazy thing about the Dublin rental market is that they’ll probably have a queue of people outside waiting to gladly had their money over.
Nuts.
