Just when you think you’ve seen it all, Dublin’s property boom goes and coughs up a two-bed apartment on North Wall Quay for the princely sum of €4,950 per month.
And we thought €2,500 per month to live above Hogan’s was bad – this Dublin 1 apartment boasts one double and one twin room (so if you’re smart, four of you could live there for €1,250 a month each).
According to the listing, the apartment also boasts “panoramic city and river views, and all rooms receive a good amount of natural light.”
At €4,950 per month, this two-bedroom apartment comes in at more than double the rent of most other two-beds in the area, but who are we to judge? Maybe it comes with its own butler and all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet.
