If living alone is your idea of heaven, then you’re in luck.
Studio apartments in Dublin can set you back anything from €800 up to well over €1,000 these days.
So when we spotted this ‘lil one in Drumcondra we were pleasantly surprised.
It’s €650 per month, is completely self-contained and is located on St. Comlumba’s Road Upper.
The studio is available for move-in immediately and the lease is a minimum of six months.
The ad on Daft.ie says that it is a “recently decorated and very clean” bedsit.
It’s a five minute walk to Drumcondra Station, which means public transport in every form is only a stone’s throw away.
The bedsit is located on the first floor of a “quiet house on a nice street”.
Bills are not included and you will share a washing machine and dryer with others.
The only downside is that the room only has a single bed (and doesn’t look like it can fit much more) so only one person can inhabit this tiny gaff.
Bye, bae.
Although, that’s probably for the best based on size.
Whoever lives here at present has clearly made the most of the space, though, as you can see a load of clever storage solutions throughout.
