We’d say there was more than a few sore heads floating around Lille today, following our win against Italy last night…
But it seems that the Parisian Irish Embassy was nearby to give a hand. Having set up some temporary consulates in the cities where Ireland’s matches take place, they reached out to the Irish supporters in a way that will warm the very cockles of your heart.
Y’know, aside from doing their regular duties of helping relocate lost passports and belongings, the crew in Lille decided to provide Irish fans with some much needed sustenance.
