It's pretty hard to motivate yourself to get fit in the winter, but Gym+Coffee have just the thing.

The trendy fitness brand ran a 10 week summer events series of free outdoor workouts and after the success of that they decided to do it again... But making them a little more suitable for the winter.

Their #EveningStretch series will have elements of fitness, and will also include other interesting ways to stretch yourself, learn new skills, socialise and have some fun.

This week's free class is a Glowstick Workout!

The night sky will be lit up with glow sticks as an amazing trio of PT's Ursula Macken, Niamh Devaney, and Mimi Patchell will lead the one hour workout in the dark! The workout will consist of a fun 15 min warm up, followed by circuits suitable for all levels.
