The Irish Mirror is reporting that the company behind one of the country’s most expensive pubs has announced that they pocketed €5.5 million in pre-tax profits in 2018.
Oliver St John Gogarty’s in Dublin’s Temple Bar can charge at least €8 for a pint in the evening time and is controlled by Drayton House Holdings Ltd.
It is a huge tourist spot to have a drink in and the pub’s pre-tax profits increased by 12% from the previous year.
The group are also behind Blooms Hotel in the same area which saw a profit of €8.4m in 2017 also.
