Regina Spektor Will Play Dublin This Summer And Here’s All You Need To Know

Alana Laverty

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, YES!

Regina Spektor has announced a gig in Dublin this summer and we’re over the feckin’ moon.

Our sweet voiced gal will take to the stage of the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre on Sunday, August 6.

AKA, the best Sunday of our lives.

This’ll be Regina’s first time returning to Ireland since 2013, so it’s set to be a momentous occasion and a half.

Tickets will on sale this Friday, April 7 from 10am here.

Spektor’s songs have appeared in TV shows and movies including Orange Is The New Black, the Academy Award nominated 2016 animated film Kubo and The Two Strings, Grey’s Anatomy, Weeds, How I Met Your Mother, Veronica Mars, The Good Wife and (500) Days of Summer. Spektor played for the Obamas and guests at the White House.

And soon, she shall play for you. If you manage to get tickets, which will be a struggle no doubt.

The thought of listening to Regina from the comfort of a cosy seat in the Bord Gáis is actually the dream.

On your marks, get set, go.
