What a sight to see on your stroll to work…
Commuters along Grand Canal will have spotted a very lively gig this morning.Â
2FM’s Jenny Greene and the 48-piece RTÉ Concert Orchestra brought the house down this morning and their tunes could be heard throughout the city.Â
People stopped in their tracks and stared, others legged it across the canal and over to Wilton Place to get a piece of the action.Â
Bopping and clapping along – what a way to start Wednesday.Â

The unique 8am gig was part of Heineken Light’s ‘Have It All’ series and really got people buzzing.Â
They played a range of re-scored classic dance tracks from the past 25 years, such as ‘Belfast’, ‘Rhythm is a Dancer’, and, of course, the original orchestra-come-dance-track, ‘Adagio for Strings’.
So deadly.Â
