PIC: Great Things Expected Of This Dublin Restaurant Already Although There’s Little Information About It

We hate waiting and we also hate being told very little information about something because it immediately leaves us wanting more.

But that’s exactly what happened when this picture was posted on Twitter over the weekend.

Damien Grey, announced that a restaurant with a particularly mysterious name would be coming to Dublin in March 2019.

Grey is co-owner of the one star Michelin Star Restaurant, ‘Heron And Grey’ in Blackrock which will close down at the end of January.

He posted a tweet with very little information apart from what his new restaurant will be called…

Of course, Liath is the Irish translation for ‘Grey’ which is his surname and made up half of his Restaurant which will be no more come 2019.

Many are speculating that Heron & Grey will reopen under the new name in March 2019.

Grey said that they would start taking reservations on the 1st of February 2019 and that it would be open hopefully for the start of March.

“All the information will be online from the 1st of January via the website or simple contact [email protected],” he said in a tweet under the website.

So, it looks like we’ll have to wait until the new year to see if the new restaurant looks anything like it’s old haunt.
