15 New Dublin Bike Stations Are Coming To Town – Here’s Where

Sarah

If you’ve ever battled for a Dublin Bike at 8.30am on a weekday morning then we’re pretty sure you’ll be thrilled to hear that 15 new stations will be introduced.

This will bring number of bicycle docking stations from 101 to 116, while 100 extra bikes are to be added to the total number of bicycles which stands at around 1,580.

Niiiiiice.

Of the planned 15 new stations, Irish Cycle reported that 9 will be around Grangegorman, where the DIT campus is still under construction.

Four of the stations will be located along or just off the North Circular Road, three or four will be on Grandegorman Lower / Upper, and two will be on the city side of the Phibsborough Road.

Here’s where exactly you’ll be able to find them:

And two stations will be put in along the Grand Canal (a godsend for anyone who’s ever had to try park their bike when it’s busy there).
